Can dogs eat sturgeon? Yes, sturgeon is good for dogs, except for a few varieties. Do not feed them wild sturgeon and beluga sturgeon because these types of sturgeon accumulate large amounts of mercury. Their caviars are also off limits to dogs for the same reason.
