Never feed angular winter cherries to dogs. Belonging to the nightshade family, angular winter cherries possess solanine and solanidine alkaloids. Lethal levels of these toxins are found in their unripe fruits and leaves. Make sure that dogs do not ingest angular winter cherries when foraging.
