Risks
- Allspice, or Jamaica pepper, is the unripe fruit of Pimento. It contains eugenol, which can cause liver toxicity in pets when consumed excessively and in high concentration strength.
- If your dog has ingested anything with added allspice as a spice or flavoring, it's unlikely he will be in any immediate danger as the eugenol content concentration is often low.
