Risks
- The burning bush is toxic to dogs as it produces alkaloids and cardiac glycosides. If eaten in excessive amounts, it can cause heart arrhythmia.
- Common symptoms of burning bush poisoning in dogs are vomiting, diarrhea, and weakness. In severe cases, seizures and coma may take place.
