Risks
- The slender iceplant is high in oxalic acid and reported to cause poisoning in sheep. Dogs might also be potentially at risk of this danger. However, it would take excessive ingestion of this plant to induce canine toxicity.
- The plant has particularly high toxicity levels when it dies.
