- The Cebu blue pothos' leaves and stems release insoluble calcium oxalates when chewed. They can cause many health problems in dogs such as vomiting, hypersalivation, and digestive upset.
- Exposure to this plant can trigger a burning sensation on dogs' skin as well as rashes.
