- Dogs with wheat or dairy sensitivities may develop allergies or experience digestive issues after eating Spätzle.
- Spätzle high in carbohydrates and fat, especially when served with butter, cheese, or gravy. It’s not suitable for dogs with diabetes or obesity.

- A small serving of plain Spätzle will not cause significant harm to your dog if you give it to them occasionally. Avoid ingredients that can be dangerous to canine health.
